OIL - Odfjell Invest Limited

OIL ble listet på Oslo Børs SMB liste den 11 november i år. De skal drive med jack-up drilling og serviceenheter til olje og gass sektoren. De hadde IPO på 80 kroner, og debuterte med en intradag 91 kroner, som betyr en oppgang på over 13%. Dette er en bra avkastning, og etter å ha vært i handel i en uke nå, er kursen på 82 kroner.

Odfjell Invest Ltd. was incorporated in March 2004 and is registered in Bermuda. The company shall be a leading supplier of high quality and cost-efficient jack-up drilling and service units to the offshore oil and gas industry.

The company signed the 19th. of March an agreement with Keppel Fels yard in Singapore to build one Mod V-B design jack-up drilling unit, with options to build two additional units.

Odfjell Drilling in Norway shall undertake the management and the operations in Odfjell Invest, and also undertake project management during the construction period.

The Board of Oslo Børs (Oslo Stock Exchange) resolved the 2nd. of September 2004 to admit shares in Odfjell Invest Ltd. to listing on the Oslo Børs' SMB-list. The listing of the shares is expected to take place the 11th of October with the ticker-code “OIL”
