Oslo, November 23, 2004. The Board of Directors of DynaPel Systems, Inc. (“DynaPel”) hereby announce that as of November 25, 2004 the Company`s share will trade on the basis of par value at USD 0,50 as a result of the 1 for 5 reverse split approved by the Special Shareholder Meeting on November 18, 2004. 5 existing shares in DynaPel Systems Inc. will be 1 new share, rounded upwards (i.e. 6 old shares will give 2 new shares).

Last day of trading with the existing share - par value USD 0,10 – will be Wednesday November 24, 2004.

it has received the first order from its Asian distributor
E2Vision for 12 units of SteadyEye for the Chinese market.

DynaPel Systems, Inc. (DynaPel) is pleased to announce that
it has received the first order from its Asian distributor
E2Vision for 12 units of SteadyEye for the Chinese market.

The products will be part of complete surveillance systems
that will be installed for demonstration and testing
purposes with the governmental authorities in 12 of the
Chinese cantons. If demonstration is successful, E2Vision
expects future orders for surveillance of governmental
buildings, power plants, airports etc.

E2Vision is part of the Singapore based Esmart Group.

Nå vet vi hvorfor Dynapel steg i går, virker som om de lekker innsideinfo hele tiden, for den stiger alltid en del før slike børsmeldinger.
