Hoff@ Posted desember 13, 2006 Report Share Posted desember 13, 2006 SIN - REGARDING ABAN SINGAPORE PTE LTD `Aban Singapore Pte Ltd with subsidiaries (`Aban`) has received the decision of the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee dated 12 December 2006, and would like to make the following announcement pursuant to the notification requirement under Section 4-8 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act (the `STA`): Aban hereby notify that a reduction of its shareholding in Sinvest ASA will be carried out in accordance with Section 4-9 of the STA within the prescribed time period. As an alternative to the sale of shares held by Aban, the sale may be carried out by ICICI Bank UK Limited (`ICICI`) and First Securities ASA (`First`), with whom the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee has concluded that Aban has acted in concert under certain total return swap agreements. Aban reserves its right to maintain its current shareholding in Sinvest ASA to the extent such sale is carried out by ICICI and First. Further, Aban is currently in the process of exploring the possibility of obtaining sufficient financing in order to present a mandatory offer. To the extent such financing is obtained on terms satisfactory to Aban, Aban may reverse this notification of sale pursuant to section 4-8 third paragraph of the STA, by later presenting a mandatory offer. A potential mandatory offer as referred to in the previous paragraph may be made by Aban and neither ICICI nor First will thus present any mandatory offer. Hoff@ Posted januar 2, 2007 Report Share Posted januar 2, 2007 SIN:ABAN:KJØPT 967' AKSJER, KONTROLLERER 50,01% Oslo (TDN Finans): Aban Singapore-datterselskapet Aban International Norway kjøpte fredag 967.000 Sinvest-aksjer til snittkurs 134,38 kroner, tilsvarende 1,59 prosent av aksjene i Sinvest. Det opplyses i en børsmelding tirsdag. Fra tidligere har Aban Singapore 24.282.165 Sinvest-aksjer, tilsvarende 39,99 prosent. ICICI Bank og First Securities har i tillegg 2,38 og 2,73 millioner Sinvest-aksjer. Hoff@ Posted januar 15, 2007 Report Share Posted januar 15, 2007 SIN - LETTER OF INTENT FOR DEEP DRILLER 3 A subsidiary of Sinvest ASA (in the Deep Drilling Invest Group) and Premium Drilling have agreed to a Letter of Intent with a major operator for a Drilling Contract offshore Malaysia. A subsidiary of Sinvest ASA (in the Deep Drilling Invest Group) and Premium Drilling have agreed to a Letter of Intent with a major operator for a Drilling Contract offshore Malaysia. The contract term is for two wells with an estimated duration of around two months. The Drilling Contract will be performed by Premium Drilling with the unit Deep Driller 3. The Deep Driller 3 is a KFELS Super B class jack up drilling unit designed to work with extreme high pressures & temperature regimes down to 35,000 ft drilling depth and is further capable of operating in a skid-off mode. The estimated gross proceed from operations under the contract is around USDm 10. The contract will commence upon the Deep Driller 3`s departure from Singapore which is scheduled to occur within the current month. The Deep Driller 3 will upon completion of this new work commence, as previously announced, a twelve months plus options contract in Malaysia with Sarawak Shell Berhad and Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Limited. Aban International Norway AS, eid av Aban Singapore Pte Ltd, har per i dag mottatt aksept for 226.782 aksjer i Sinvest ASA i forbindelse med budet på 135 kroner per aksje. Sammen med 6.077.581 tidligere eide aksjer, sitter nå Aban på 6.304.363 Sinvest-aksjer, noe som tilsvarer 10,3 prosent. Aban Singapore Pte eier, som før, 24.282.165 Sinvest-aksjer, noe som tilsvarer rundt 40 prosent av aksjekapitalen i selskapet. Click here to find out more! Jeg eier heller ikke flere aksjer i selsakpet lenger. Anbefaler budet på Sinvest Sinvest-styret anbefaler aksjonærene å takke ja til tilbudet fra Aban. Styret i Sinvest anbefaler budet fra Aban International Norway AS på 135 kroner per aksje. Anbefalingen er enstemmig. Her kommer abslutt siste innlegg fra meg angående SINVEST, det ble nok endel hundre innlegg Men å være så heldig å være med på 10 dobling er bare helt konge. Sinvest strykes Sinvest-aksjen strykes fra notering på Oslo Børs. Oslo Børs har med henvisning til søknad fra Sinvest og med henvisning til at selskapet ikke lenger tilfredsstiller vilkårene for notering (spredningskravet), funnet at det er grunnlag for å stryke selskapets aksjer fra notering. I den forbindelse har det i dag blitt fattet følgende vedtak: `Administrasjonen ved Oslo Børs vedtok å stryke aksjene i Sinvest ASA fra notering ved Oslo Børs.
