Bilen ble tatt ut av produksjon i 2010, da hadde motorvolumet økt til 8,3 liter, og effekten lå på 504 hestekrefter. Under bilutstillingen i New York i påsken ble det avduket en ny Viper, denne gang uten Dodge-merket, nå gjenfødt som SRT Viper.
