QEC har svingt litt i bølgedaler den siste tiden, men nå ser det ut som den skal ta seg opp en god del.

 

Avslutningen på fredag som endte med 4,9 er ikke så verst. Mandag vil vi se QEC åpne over 5. 5,10 kan være et fint mål.

Questerre Energy Corporation engages in the exploration, development, production, and acquisition of natural gas properties in western Canada. It primarily focuses on naturally fractured and hydrothermal dolomitized reservoirs. The company has two main projects, the Beaver River Field covering 10,798 acres in British Columbia and the St. Lawrence Lowlands covering 715,000 acres in Quebec. It also holds interests in oil and gas producing properties in Vulcan and Westlock areas in central and southern Alberta. Questerre Energy Corp. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2007. For the quarter, the company reported net earnings of $0.98 million compared to a net earnings of $2.84 million for the same period in 2006. For the six months ended June 30, 2007, the company reported net earnings of $1.77 million compared to a net earnings of $2.24 million for the same period a year earlier. The net income in 2007 primarily represents the gain on the payment received from Transeuro to complete its earn-in obligations on the Field. In 2006, the net earnings represent a future tax recovery to offset the deferred tax liability associated with a flow-through share issuance completed in the year.
