P.S denne kom i dag: Nyhet fra Hugin GRO: Ganger Rolf ASA - Proposal for extraordinary dividend 11:49 GRO: Ganger Rolf ASA - Proposal for extraordinary dividend Ganger Rolf ASA resolved in May 2005 to pay a dividend of NOK 5.50 per share, and an extraordinary dividend of NOK 5.50 per share, in total NOK 11.00 per share. In the view of the continued positive development of the company's results, as well as the good prospects for the company's major business-areas, the Board has, in a meeting 28 September 2005, resolved to propose to an extraordinary general meeting an additional dividend of NOK 5.50 per share. The Board will invite the chairman of the shareholders committee to call for an extraordinary general meeting at 14 October 2005. Assuming the approval of the general meeting, the additional dividend will be paid early November to shareholders entitled to dividends as of 14 October 2005.
